I read here a few months ago. Lovely venue, and I got paid! Worth checking out if you are in the area. Renesme Literary

A couple of short poems that appeared on a tweet last week – from the latest edition of Renesme Literary (a Twitter based publication). They are part of a sequence of primarily prose based poems, with a few hiabun thrown in, linking themes around driving, childhood, mental health and Tangerine Dream. Mainstream it isn’t! The sequence is now done, so it’s a case of working out how to get it published now.

At the Jubilee Hall, Chichester

THE JUBILEE HALL, NEW PARK CENTRE, CHICHESTER, PO19 7XY All are welcome on the last Wednesdays of most months to hear a visiting guest poet followed by an open mic. You can sign up on the door to read to a supportive and appreciative audiences. Headlining on Wednesday March 29th at 7.30pm they welcome Brighton poet Robert Hamberger, nominated for the Polari Prize, reading from his collection Blue Wallpaper.

I went to the Imperial War Museum a few weeks ago, to visit their revamped WW2 exhibition. I was at a concert in the evening, so thought I would pay it a visit beforehand.
