Looking forward to Saturday, and the first game of the season at Pompey.
One of my poems, heavily edited, has been turned into a film which will be shown at the start of the first game of the season at Fratton Park. Which is nice.
It won’t be in that particular match day programme, but I’m planning on having the original version in the next one (and no doubt I’ll share it here anyway, whether you want to see it or not!).
Lots of work to do with regards the 125th anniversary events and plans, but hopefully I’ll have more to share here in due course.
We have a page in the programme for each match of the season, so if anyone reading this happens to have a Pompey poem and they want to see it in print…then let me know 🙂
