Catching up on the Pompey Programme front, at least those involving my poems.
Here’s one from the match on Saturday 7th October
It was written as a response to a request for two words to describe what people who worked at the club thought about Portsmouth FC, and what it meant to them.
An interesting exercise. Not sure the poem is one of my best, but I think it captures the sentiment. The body copy was written by Chris Perry, the other writer in residence at Fratton Park
